RATES
- Infant ( Under 2 years old ) are free of charge.
- Toddler ( 3 - 5 years old ) are required to pay half of the price
- Kids aged over 5 years old are subject to the normal rate ( Full Price )
BOOKING COMFIRMATION & PAYMENT
- Down Payment Minimum is IDR 1.000.000 / Person
- Invoice will be send through Email / Whatsapp
- Final Payment must be settled maximum 7 day before the trip.
RESCHEDULE
- Reschedule is only applicable maximum 30 days before the trip
- Reschedule made less than 30 days before the trip will forfeit the down payment
CANCELLATION POLICY
- H-1 or D-Day cancelation, down payment money cannot be refunded
- Cancellation maximum H-7 for cancelation fee charged 50% of the total price
- Cancellation made by guest means no refund. But can be transfered to another person ( substitute guest )
- Cancellation or prohibiton made by the harbour master or government due to weather condition, force majeure, natural disaster, terorism, political crash, or others unwanted condition /external events, means guest could makes a new schedule (reschedule trip) or receive a full refund
- Cancellation made by boat owner or operator for other reason that are unavoidable such as technical issue, means that boat owner/operator are responsible to arrange and serve an other vessel for replacement or other alternative solutions by serving another boat with the same price and same class. If we are fail to provide the replacement, guest will receive a full refund

Day 1 – Departure & First Adventure
09:00 AM - Pick Up
Your journey begins at 09:00 AM - 10:00 AM, when our team will pick you up from the airport or your hotel at Labuan Bajo.
Our friendly guide will greet you, brief you about the trip, and ensure that everything is well-prepared.
You will gather at the harbor with the others.
11:00 AM - Set Sail
The boat leaves the harbor. As we cruise past the small islands scattered around Labuan Bajo, enjoy the view from the sun deck with light snacks served on board.
12:00 PM – Lunch on Board
Enjoy your first meal at sea! Freshly cooked by our onboard chef.
Expect a delicious Indonesian-western style spread, full of local flavors and plenty of energy for the afternoon ahead.
02:00 PM – Kelor Island Trek
The boat makes its first stop at Kelor Island. A short but steep hike brings you to the top of a hill with 360° views of the surrounding sea and islands.
From above, the turquoise water and white sandy beach look like a painting. Perfect for photos and that first taste of Labuan Bajo’s natural beauty.
04:00 PM – Snorkeling Adventure
Jump back on the boat and head to a nearby snorkeling spot.
Slip into the water and discover colorful coral gardens full of tropical fish. It’s your first encounter with the rich marine life that makes this region so special.
06:00 PM – Kalong Rinca
As sun sets, the boat anchors near Kalong Rinca. Here, thousands of flying foxes (giant bats) soar out of the mangroves into the night sky. Watching their silhouettes against the sunset is an unforgettable natural spectacle.
07:00 PM - Nights on the Boat
As darkness approaches, dinner is served on board. The colors of the sky slowly shift from gold to deep orange, and finally to star-filled darkness.
Spend the evening relaxing under the stars. Some guests share stories on deck, others simply lie back to enjoy the silence of the open sea.
When you’re ready, retire to your cabin for your first night rocked gently by the ocean.
Day 2 – Komodo & Padar
05:00 AM – Padar Island Trek
Your morning starts with one of the trip’s highlights: Padar Island.
The trek to the top is short but steep, and once you reach the summit, you’ll be rewarded with one of Indonesia’s most iconic views — three crescent-shaped bays with different colored sands: white, black, and pink. This view alone makes the whole trip worthwhile.
08:00 AM – Breakfast on Board
A light breakfast is served to prepare you for the day’s adventures. The boat is already heading toward Komodo Island.
10:00 AM – Pink Beach
After the trek, the boat takes you to Pink Beach, famous for its blush-colored sand created by tiny fragments of red coral.
Here you can relax, swim in the clear water, or snorkel to see vibrant marine life just below the surface.
12:00 PM – Lunch on the Boat
Another hearty lunch is served while the boat cruises toward Komodo Island.
Take this time to rest or simply enjoy the view from your cabin or the deck.
01:00 PM – Komodo Island Trek
Step onto the legendary Komodo Island. Together with official Rangers, you’ll walk through dry forest landscapes to spot the world’s largest lizard — the Komodo dragon.
Seeing them up close in their natural environment is a rare and unforgettable moment.
Rangers share knowledge about the dragons’ behavior and habitat, ensuring your experience is both exciting and safe.
04:00 PM – Taka Makassar
End the day at Taka Makassar, a small crescent-shaped sandbank surrounded by turquoise waters.
It’s the perfect spot to swim, snorkel, or simply walk barefoot on the soft white sand in the middle of the sea.
06:30 PM – Dinner & Night on Board
The boat anchors in a calm bay.
Dinner is served, and the night is yours to enjoy — chatting on deck, watching the stars, or resting in your cabin.
Day 3 – Sebayur Island & Return
07:00 AM – Breakfast
Enjoy your breakfast on board with scenic views all around.
09:00 AM – Sebayur Island
Before heading back, the boat stops at Sebayur Island — a paradise for snorkeling.
The clear water and colorful coral reef here are among the best in Labuan Bajo. It’s your last chance to soak in the underwater beauty.
11:00 AM – Arrival in Labuan Bajo
The boat returns to the harbor. Our driver will take you back to your hotel or the airport.
Though the journey ends, the memories of Komodo dragons, pink beaches, and starry nights will stay with you forever.
